Vice President of Project Development
Tom’s tenure in construction and real estate includes a bevy of accomplishments and recognition that includes more than $1.0 billion in successfully led and completed construction projects across the industry’s residential, institutional, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Prior to joining Catalyst Partners, Tom was a project executive in Chicago where he led the development of several high profile endeavors including the University of Chicago’s $155 million North Residential Commons. Closer to his current home in Milwaukee, he has helmed the $600 million Columbia-St. Mary’s Healthcare expansion as well as the $87 million Hub Medical Office Building at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Tom’s wheelhouse with Catalyst Partners is market rate and mixed-income multi-family projects. The total market value of his pre-development work is in excess of $200 million. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Clemson University as well as a Masters in Real Estate Design Studies from Harvard University. Tom is also a lecturing faculty member at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
