John has spent his long and accomplished real estate career leading some of the Midwest’s most ambitious construction and development projects. His work for a Chicago-based industry-leading firm included heading up property management operations on a 600,000 square-foot Class A high-rise office building project that increased tenant occupancy from 64% to 92%. Additionally, John acted as Senior Analyst in four high-rise office building acquisitions throughout the Midwest, collectively totaling 3,600,000 square feet at a value of $1.1 billion. Prior to co-founding Catalyst Partners, John was development director for all facets of Milwaukee’s newest state-of-the-art high-rise office building development, an endeavor that was awarded the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2017 Project of the Year.

As President of Catalyst Partners, John has been integral in the firm’s ever-expanding portfolio of development projects in and around Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin. John’s development project focus in the near term includes: 30,000 SF Ascension Medical Clinic in Mequon on course to be completed in Q1 of 2022, the recently completed Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel in West Allis, and the 144-unit Walkers Point Multi-Family residential development scheduled for completion Fall of 2022. Multiple other developments are currently being evaluated across a range of uses that are scheduled to commence construction in 2022.
