Matt founded Catalyst Construction in 2004 with the goal of creating a construction firm that fosters transparency, strong industry relationships, and a team of seasoned industry professionals who say what they do and do what they say. After fifteen years of success in the ongoing pursuit of that goal, Matt’s vision for Catalyst expanded into the establishment of the firm’s development arm, Catalyst Partners, in 2019.

Matt has successfully led more than 80 development projects (and counting) in several markets, all of which met or exceeded investor projections. With a sharp focus on the pursuit of sound real estate development deals that benefit all parties involved, Matt and his colleagues at Catalyst Partners have established a practical but innovative and down-to-earth business model that cultivates strong and productive client and investor relationships aimed at completing industry-leading development projects.
